Refunds and Returns

Item arrived damaged

Send us a photo of the damage to info@naturalcitizen.com and your order number and we will work with you on a refund or replacement.

 

Can I return my item?

Yes, to receive a refund return the unused portion of the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, and with a valid order number. The unused portion should be 75% or more of the original volume.

Return labels are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and validated your return, we will process your refund within two business days. Depending on your payment method, expect between 3-10 days for your funds to be credited back to your account.

Invalid returns will be sent back to the customer.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.



Gift returns

The standard return policy applies to returns of gifts. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

Returns shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
